You can now fold on ATI or NVIDIA cards.

The SMP client is better.

PS3 is still pretty good PPD.

Welcome back , from my short time in F@H it seems that benchmarks are fairly thin on the ground. However you can checkout my F@H GPU benchmark chart thread, although it doesn't cover your card but the GTS version.
Re question 1, don't know ,suck it & see along with Fahmon
2. Well I guess the fan will wear out quicker as its (probably) spinning faster to keep temps down. As for the card itself I asked a similiar question about a year ago for folding on my X1950 Pro, I don't recall any reports of early deaths from F@H!.
