We bought a bunch of Ballpark all beef dogs at Costco for our last party because we had a lot of friends coming over who were of middle eastern descent (some wouldn't want to eat anything grilled on the same grill as pork products.) They were pretty nasty, and now I have like 6 pks leftover sitting in my freezer.

That's the problem. Ball Park Franks are probably one of the worst.

Bests, Hebrew National, Sabretts, and Nathans are the better tasting franks.

I think hot dogs should be left to beef. The chicken/pork ones are good as well, but nothing compares to a GIRTHY Ball Park beef frank.

I'm a Hebrew National fan for life now, and am brining a few converts with me.

But, now I am very tempted to try Nathan's and some of the other brands getting praise. Where are these brand's typically sold?

I hope the new Wegman's here in NoVA (will) carry them.
