Sad to hear, even though I never cared for the Bee Gees. But their funk was undeniableon Stayin' Alive, the only song of theirs which I can tolerate.
Not really a big fan myself but compared to Nelly and Eminem they are Virtuosos

hehehe - you just truly dated yourself there, old man 😀

Why's that? I'm a big Bee Gees fan.

I'm sad to hear this, and hope he pulls through. The BeeGees are a class act, and have done a lot of excellent music over the years. If you're interested, check out their DVD "One Night Only", taken from a recent concert in Vegas, where they perform songs from their entire history.

He didn't make it🙁

RIP Maurice

Wow! I just learned of the death on CBS' Sunday Morning show. From the show I watched, Saturday Night Fever picked some of their songs for the movie. It sounds like they wanted the attention that was provided by the movie and soundtrack - but, didn't really care for the songs that were picked.

The Bee Gees had some good songs out there. Like most bands, you had to look deeper than the commercial crap and into some of the less-popular songs to see where the real talent was.

R.I.P. - Maurice

<-----Born in the 70's and loved the bee gees. Great voices with lots of talent. Andy Gibb was sad too.

🙁

My wife and I saw them in concert in Buffalo back in the 70's. Class act, RIP. 🙁

No one seems to remember the Bee Gees BEFORE disco. Their career started shortly after the Beatles and they were already very popular in the mid-60s (especially in the UK).

Here's their albums:

The Bee Gees 1st
Horizontal
Idea
Odessa
Robin's Reign
Cucumber Castle
Two Years On
Trafalgar
To Whom It May Concern
Life In A Tin Can
Mr. Natural

Children Of The World
Spirits Having Flown
Living Eyes
Staying Alive (soundtrack)
How Old Are You
Secret Agent
Now Voyager

E.S.P.
Hawks
One
High Civilization
Size Isn't Everything

I like Nelly, the Bee Gees and Eminem.

Nellys Delima was on the radio when I was out on a date. It is a cool love song. Eminem is just a crazy mofo who likes to have a good time. Who can argue with that?

BTW - RIP Mo.
