I need some advice on making my work habit a little better...

I'm home around 3:30PM from school everyday, I eat something and just relax for some time

Most days like today, I won't start doing homework till like 9 or 9:30, I end up sleeping at 12 on a good day, 2AM if I slack too much. You see, that really messes with my schedule. Honestly, I want to be able to sleep at 10 or 11 so I get more sleep every night than just 6 hours.

I know if I actually started doing work around 5, I would have been done by 7 and I could relax till I sleep. I have basically no motivation to get work done early and then relax, any tips?

I get home at 11:30am most days.

I eat lunch, go to sleep untill 5pm. Then i go out and do something with friends, go eat dinner, come home, do homework, play games untill 4am, then i nap for 2 hours and go to class.

Get a job. It's amazing how much more productive you are when you have less time to fsck around.

Worked for me both in high school and college.

Pretty much. Use up your time so you are FORCED to be more time efficient. I pushed my limits last semester working 2 jobs and taking 24 hours worth of courses...forced me to make choices. Now I'm not taking nearly as much, yet I still retain that time efficiency...bacially, push yourself to the breaking point, and you have 2 choices: Better yourself, or fail.

good idea, I'm actually starting something of my own this weekend, if it doesn't keep me busy I'm gonna pick up a job

If do pick up a job, how will I get any time to work? I doubt parents will let me go for 4 or 5 hours monday through thursday because they'll feel it'll interfere with school. Is there some place where I can just get a Saturday and Sunday job or something?

I've fought laziness all my life (21 years). My advice is to force yourself to spend a ceratain amount of time in a place that has few distractions. Last semester for instance, I had to study hard for a tough math class. I just went to a library and forced myself to work on problems X number of hours with a certain # of breaks in between. The key to school & college is that it is 99% work. Education today doesn't even require inspiration, or innovation, for the most part, really.

just a tip... maybe you should start doing your homework before 9:30?

in college, my daily goal was to get all my work done before 8 pm. that way, when my friends were all stressing out and pulling all-nighters, I could watch tv and get 8 hours of sleep :) just get the work done early... I did homework during my lunch break, during breaks between classes, and during some classes that I could have just slept through. heh.

and on occasion, I'd pull all-nighters just to get myself a few weeks ahead in some classes.
