Although theoretically possible to do so (post = refresh), you'd really need to dedicate your life to ATOT. In this case, a refresher will be of great use.

Well I don't plan to be a Lifer. I prefer to live in the real world. ATOT is simply for research.

Or I'm already a lifer without a stupid refresher. Easiest way is to have a solid 200 post day. Spread out 5 of these during a year, and you got yourself something going.
