Beavis & Butthead or South Park..which was funnier?

Which was funnier?

My pick is Beavis & Butthead...hands down.

i never really understood b&b. I just watched it because everyone else did, but it was never funny to me that much.

South Park was being offensive. B&B was actually funny.

Those a both two great shows. SP though because they don't have 3 1/2 minute commercials and music videos.

Both were funny in their own ways. South Park focuses so much on political commentary that I think it's best as such. Beavis and Butthead was satirical as well but not quite so politically charged.

B&B was funniest when watching the videos. Much of the other stuff just doesn't fly comedically. South Park has produced a wealth of comedic goodness. Gotta give the nod to the Cows.

bevis and butthead was pretty good, but it got old fast. Southpark definately has more lasting appeal, and they still are coming up with great ideas.

Therefore, southpark gets my vote, no question.

I was watching B&B when it was still part of Liquid Television. But my vote DEFINITELY goes for SP. No question about it.

I agree..they were pioneers!

Beavis and Butthead were funnier before the "clean up" that followed from lawsuits. After that, they were never the same.

wow, I can't decide.

I think my favorite B&B was when they watched a Def Leperd video, it went something like...

Video starts, I think it was mostly concert footage.

"Whoa cool!"
"yeah yeah Spinal Tap rules!!!"

video plays a few seconds, we see Def Leperd in all their spandex glory.

"hmmm... Spinal Tap sucks now."
