Or, better yet, don't state to the entire nation you can afford a $60K ring for your girl and pay for pizza with $100 bills.

That's besides the point. Regardless of how dumb it is to flaunt your wealth, they have every right to defend themselves and their property. Should the woman getting raped because she was flaunting her hot body not be allowed to defend herself?

You just said that people who flaunt their wealth deserve to get robbed. How is that different than saying a woman who flaunts her "wealth" (hot body) deserves to get "robbed" (raped)??

I am stating they should not flaunt their wealth and are inviting trouble. They obviously do not deserve being harmed. However, common sense says do not put yourself in a position where you are inviting trouble.

The forums stated you do not hit anyone, ever, therefore you will not get placed in a hospital. Why is it that when someone is showing off their shit, that is in no way similar to that?

You should go look at the address provided. The houses don't look 'that' upscale to be honest. They look around 3-400k, maybe more because of the water access. All crammed into small lots too.

http://www.realtor.com/property-detail/863-3rd-Ave-S_Tierra-Verde_FL_33715_b1a63a04?source=hp

It looks like those house are all over the place in value. This one is at $435k. Not a mansion, but maybe to a pizza delivery person it is. Some of the homes there are worth quite a bit.

This is getting cute. Maybe because guns are invovled? I wonder if the NYC incident involved the woman shooting the dude that ran up to her would have been viewed differently on these boards...

Also, where do some of you live where you are constantly shooting and killing people who are out to harm you? It sounds like everything outside NYC (where I live) is a warzone. Why am I not seeing more reports on shootings across the US?

Sorry, but if you hit someone, expect to be hit back. Flaunting your wealth in no way harms other people or affects them in any way. Assaulting someone, no matter if you are a woman, should elicit a response.

lots of poor crybabies on ATOT lately. The $60k ring and other mentions of money was reason for being targeted so important in reporting why.

The other number one reason people get targeted is due to drugs in the home.

How is wearing your expensive wedding band (or engagement ring, I forget what she has) and paying for pizza with a $100 bill the same as hitting someone? I'm sure they could be more careful in how they present themselves, that much I'll agree with you on. But these two things are different. This couple may be the biggest pair of d-bags in the world, they still have every right to defend themselves in this situation, and I'm glad this trash is dead (assuming the story if factual in what happened).

If the man had walked up to her and started assaulting her, then I would have fully supported her shooting him. But the fact is, she began assaulting HIM. The comparable situation here would be if this couple had ordered a pizza, then drug the guy into their house and started beating the shit out of him.

Aaaaand what you are saying is that flaunting your wealth does not invite trouble?

Pulling out a hundred dollar bill != hitting someone, agreed. But, I disagree that it does not invite trouble.

Also, inviting != deserve either.

The same in that they invited trouble. And, inviting does not mean they deserved it either.

Also, I never said they do not have the right to defend themselves. From the very beginning, I've made it pretty clear they need to be more reserved about showing off their money.

Sure it invites trouble, just like flaunting your hot body. That doesn't mean they don't have every right to defend themselves to the letter of the law, however. They had every right to shoot this useless piece of trash regardless of whether they may have helped bring the situation on themselves.

“We live in a very prominent area and my fiancee wears a $60,000 engagement ring,” he said. “The pizza man knew we had money because sometimes we needed change for a $100 bill when he came to deliver pizza.”

what a clown.

I prefer to just avoid getting into any type of situation like this couple did. If taking a life is that easy (and colorful; pink gun) for them, then they clearly have to answer only to themselves.

Who said it was easy? I'm sure she'll be haunted by this for the rest of her life...and you can't always avoid these situations even if you look like a bum on the street, someone could still assault/rob you...

Asking the delivery dude to break big bills (even if you aren't paying with them) is not unusual especially if you are having a party and money gets involved (poker, etc).

It's funny how all guys with money and a hot girlfriend are douches to you losers.

I was in SD and saw a 10 year old girl wheedling a pink bb gun better than most adults.

If pink makes chicks get guns for protection, then they should make more pink guns.

Yes, the pink gun indicates she is troubled by the idea of taking another human life,...

So it would only be deemed a difficult and troubling act if the gun was black? What about blue? Or maybe tan? How about green? Are you seriously that dense?

I guess I am that dense, when I find it hard to believe someone is distraught over an act,... all the while executing said act with the same color associated with Hello Kitty. Hey; which militarty, police enforcement and all out bad ass uses pink colored weapons of death?

Frankly; I don't care. None the less, I doubt she feels anything about taking a human life - that was out to clearly harm her.

I DO agree and understand she is distraught over this dirt bag grabbing her, beating her future husband down, etc. But, I doubt she isn't satisfied for killing this guy.

Which is fine. But, don't tell me you are worried about killing someone, while doing it with a pink gun. No need to verify you enjoyed killing someone either - that's your own stew and juices to wallow in,..

You are a sad excuse for a human being...and doubtless a model of many others in NYC, which by the way IS somewhat of a war zone...aren't you still in the top 3 of murders per year, a perch you've held for oh soo long with all your anti-gun laws?

Any SANE person would be distraught over taking another life, even if relieved that it was justified and that you survived...only criminals and maniacs have no value of anothers life, such as the one she put down that night.

,... with her pink gun,... pew pew pew.

I already posted this earlier, but; do you think they had sex on the corpse after she shot him?
