Here's what I had today:

2 packets of oatmeal for breakfast (oatmeal is good for you, right?)
2 slices of pizza for lunch.
a snickers bar and a pear for dinner (pears are supposed to be healthy)

Man, I'm going straight to hell.

i'm so jealous.

i've had 2 hot dogs, one sausage, one kebab, all doused in iced tea. havne't had dinner yet, but thinking of some frozen meal.

1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese with 1 serving of chunky applesauce

2 slices of whole grain bread,2 slices of lean roast beef,2 slices of thin cut american cheese

1 very small non breaded chicken tender

1 apple

4 raw baby carrots

3 small turkey tips

I'll have more turkey or cottage cheese before bed

All I get to eat is...something that looks like food...I don't know what's in it, I don't ask what's in it...my fiancee doesn't know how to cook, but I don't want to hurt her feelings.

Did you at least add hot water to the oatmeal? Sounds like you just ate the packets straight up. :p

Breakfast- 2 Eggs scrambled, 4 strips turkey bacon.
Lunch- Turkey meat skewered and cooked with bacon, sausage, roasted chicken, lettuce, broccoli.
Dinner- Thai Chicken w/ Broccoli
After Dinner- "Carb Solutions" Protein Bar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavor

lunch - half pork rib sandwich, one apple, one banana, one iced tea
afternoon - one 20oz diet coke
planned dinner - pig out - so hungry right now

hehehe, thanks Sundog. I just had my veggie salad for my dinner. Are you in the Atkins too?

fivespeed5: this is what I eat in the last 12 days. I lose around 10 pounds in this diet already.

my dinner:
2 small pieces of chicken(pan fry without oil)
3 cups of salad greens
1 can of tuna with mayo
2 boil eggs.

breakfast: kashi go lean cereal + skim milk
attempted snack 1: 2 bites out of a naaaaasty protien bar
real snack 1: some grapes
lunch: vegetable soup
snack 2: brownies (my mom made them!!! soooo good)
dinner: chicken, vegetables, a wee bit of stuffing

hehehe

Looks good, but can I make one suggestion? More veggies.

I'm in Huntington Beach on a business trip, and I just ate the biggest plate of beef ribs I've ever seen in my life at a restaurant called Claim Jumper. The "Flintstones" sized order of ribs was absolutely enormous. But I managed to finish 'em. Nap time....

that's great, it's just what you mentioned contained no fiber. I'm a believer in the south beach diet, not atkins. The weight loss results are the same but for long term I believe south beach (which wouldn't allow you to have the bacon or the mayo).

There are people that eat bacon 3 times a day and call it atkins. I was just wondering if you were one of 'em ;)

Normally would have had more but was out of fresh green veggies today.
