Beat Hazard

I bought this after one of my friends told me to. It's sort of like Geometry Wars set to music.

I'm loving it so far! :awe:

Plus, it's on sale on Steam right now!

I bought it too, but I'm waiting for Steve (developer's name, he posts regularly at the Beat Hazard Steampowered.com's sub-forum under the nickname of Starg) to implement the upcoming visual feedback slider feature to reduce the lightning flashes and strobing effects so that I can finally play it for more than five minutes without exhibiting the first signs of a seizure attack.

I picked this up on Tuesday, really fun little game, definitely worth the 7.50$ they were asking for it.

hm, currently 9.99 on Steam. Any further feedback? How much playtime can you expect? How different is the game depending on what music is playing?

I really enjoy the game. It is like a audiosurf and geometry wars had a baby. If you enjoy those games you'll like Beat Hazard. I find it quite a bit of fun and seizureriffic

It's a good time waster if you like the Geometry Wars style SHMUP. It's also pretty neat that it varies depending on what song you play.
