I enjoyed the game. Beat it on the easy mode, reached rank 19 I think?
Going to have to play thru on the next difficulty level next I guess. Game was way too short IMO if I could beat it in one sitting, but was still a pretty cool game.

You unlock some pretty badass planes too....

Don't bother with the medium difficulty. Even the highest setting isn't that hard.

I could tell from the demo it was going to be short. I think they are banking on multiplayer for it.

I just played through the first mission...so far it feels very bland in every aspect, especially the graphics

I really enjoyed the game, but that might be in large part to the fact that it was different for me. I played on the easiest level and got stuck for a long time on the second mission while I got the feel of flying and using a joystick. But once my brain and my hand started to work together, the game went pretty fast and got pretty easy. I beat the game on the hardest level and only a couple missions are hard for me now, and I find myself wishing there was an even more challenging setting. Nonetheless, I certainly enjoyed the game while I played it.

There are 18 or 19 missions I think. I think it would take me a little more than 4 hours to play through it from start to finish on the hardest level, but not more than 6-8 hours, not really sure. Pretty short though.

Meh, the terrain textures are really weak if you fly low, but the planes look nice.

I agree it's short but it's still fun and the multiplayer is pretty good too. And you can always go back and try to complete missions with different planes (for instance, using a plane that's poorly suited to a mission in order to increase the challenge). There are so many planes I still haven't gotten around to trying. And each one has a unique cockpit view, so that's kind of cool.

I haven't tried this one yet. Did anybody try it with something like a Saitek flight yoke or was everybody using a joystick?

First thing I did was fly low to check the terrain
I guess I'll be able to tell better if I like it or not when I play some more, right now I'm more in the mood for RTS.

Joystick here, but the controls seem alright.
