they're not going to drop much in california. Maybe stagnate, but that's about it.

why don't you think it will drop in ca.? i've been monitoring it for the past year and i've already seen 10% declines in some areas. they are still overpriced but 10% is a good start.

I think a 30% drop is likely over the next 18 months.

i super hopeso too. My parents were looking into getting a new home, and they ALMOST jumped the gun 2 weeks ago. I was talking to everyone, and most everyone says that waiting 1 or so more year will be better. i'm glad they decided to wait a bit more....i highly doubt it's going to go up, so it won't hurt to wait anyways.
