In the local markets, the games always air OTA. It happens for MNF broadcasts too

It is on locally, however it looks better on NFL Network. Not significantly better, mind you, but it is definitely noticeable.

A few cameras for the news != all the cams and production capabilities needed to cover a live sporting event in HD.
