I was impressed with Matt Leinart last year in the Bears/Cards game, I think he could be a good fit. Or I daresay Matt Jones - WR for JAX, he played QB in college.

They could also punt on second down. No one would expect it and they could get GREAT field position for their defense.

Anyone other than Grossman. I hate the bears but it is a waste of a good defense when you have a QB like Sexy Rexy who scores more points for the other team than his own.

I'd like to have Berrian not drop a TD pass and a First Down pass.
I'd like to have receivers finish routes so that passes are not intercepted.
I'd like to have RB who doesn't fumble
I'd like to have an O line that can pick up a blitz every now and then.

Does Rex make some bad decisions? Yep, but he is not even close to being the entire problem with the offense. Orton or Griese wont make a damn difference.
