BE6-II and Alpha PEP66 w/Delta fan

Does any body have this setup? ha you had problem with just using the fan header in the motherboard? Does this warning apply to the BE6-II?

************
Warning: Delta fans draw close to 4 watt of power, most Motherboards headers can't handle this. Please be advised that you may need a 3 to 4 pin converter

its not "may need" a 3pin to 4pin adapter, its almost a must. 4 watts(and however many amps) is probably right near the limit of the mb headers.
