BE6 and a new Pentium 750 = no boot :-(

Abit BE6 running fine with a Celery466 slightly overclocked to 525. Made the "BIG MOVE" with too much money to the P3 750...

Everything hooked up and turned on but no nice beep from the motherboard. Disks spin up, the P3fan is running, but no beep.

Any clues / suggestions / ideas ?!?

oh... and yes, I pulled everything out and tried it that way, and yup I also checked it by putting the old chip back in and that works fine.
