that is more than enough for your system. You could get by with almost have the 1000w PSU.

What power supply are you using now? what is its wattage?

I thought it was about that old. Current Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 1000W are excellent, even exceptional, PSU's. I don't know how good they were back then. Good I would imagine. Still being that it's 5 years old, it could have issues. Some pics I've seen of older Be Quiet PSU's had cheaper Chinese main caps. I couldn't find your exact model in reviews to see it opened up. If it does use low quality caps it could simply be shot after 5 years. That would be my guess, anyway.

The Corsair unit is a good power supply. The 750 should be more than enough power for your needs, and very stable rails.

Yes, it will fit in your case. If you have to, move the Hard Drives up from the bottom to the middle, and run the extra cables down there.

Seasonic platinums are also an awesome choice. I tried the corsairs but they gave off coil whine, the seasonic platinum no cool whine & run silent.:)

My sugestion is to spend as much as you can with the best brand to can afford. As long as you have easy and local support that will offer the best service to you incase the PSU fails or gives you problems.

I have had a Corsair 1050 in my rig since 09 or 2010 and it has not given me any issues.
