My son damaged his case a Thermaltake Suppressor F-51 (which I never thought was a good case) by damaging the USB and audio headers on the front when he got up and moved his mic and headphones while forgetting they were plugged in.

Now I could have ordered a replacement panel, but what's the fun in that? :)

This case is very well built, and very quiet (even more so than the Fractal Design R5 it replaced). However, I do not recommend this case for a new builder, as there were a few things that Be Quiet did that had me saying "Really???". A quick summary of pros and cons:

Pros:

--Probably the most modular case by far I've ever built with.
--Heavy and well-built.
--Comes with 3 X 140mm Silent Wings 3 PWM fans (amazingly quiet even at 100%).
--Nice bottom and front filters (bottom filter comes out of the front of the case, which is good because this case is too heavy and large to have to move it very often).
--Lots of places to install fans, including 3 X 140mm in the front.
--Can hold an insane amount of HDDs / SSDs.

Cons:

--Because of the modularity, it takes forever to build in because of how many different screws you have to remove (which are all different sizes).
--Installing the PSU is an exercise in patience. You literally have to remove 12 screws of various sizes, and remove 3 back panels to do this.
--The user manual is so short and lacking of any information, it wouldn't qualify as acceptable on a $20 case, let alone a $200 case. I literally just figured everything out based on many years of PC building as the manual showed nothing.
--It only came with 9 motherboard stand-offs, and my motherboard uses 10. Another nit-picky thing that should not happen on such an expensive case.

So since my case isn't the "pro" version, it has solid panels, so I didn't spend the usual amount of time making the cabling 100% neat like I would on a windowed case. And I also took pictures of the Dark Base next to the Fractal Design R5 to show how much larger it is. To save people a headache who have slow internet or who are on mobile devices, I created a gallery instead of embedding all the pictures here:
