Talk about being scewed all the way around. If you hear about threats or plans, etc. and don't report it, you get sued. If you report it, you get sued. Just another example of the huge need for tort reform.......

The way I see it, both side are the victims. The authority should do a better job of protecting both the accuser and the accused. BTW, immuninty law is a two edges sword. It could cut both way. Do you know what a witch hunt is? Think for a minute, how would you like to be accused of something you did not do?

what if the chick was lying? maybe he called her a fat pig or something, and upset her, and this is how she decided to strike back.

there is most definately not enough hard information in that article to make a judgement either way.
