BE-6 okay for C2 overclocking or BE-6-2?

I need a mb with more fsb's between 100 & 120 so am looking at the P2B-F, P3B-F, BE-6 & BE-6 II.
Of course price is a consideration. What's the big disadvantage for the Abit BE-6 over the II?

The BE6 2 has FSB increases of 1mhz from 100-200, which could help you squeeze every last ounce out of your celeron...
