I just got a BD7-RAID and I have read that when running at 133 fsb that you have to select DDR200 instead of DDR in the softmenu in order for your memory to run at 133x2=266 DDR. Is this true? They say that selecting DDR266 will run the memory at 333 instead of 266.

Yes you are right. If you set it to DDR200 then the memory will run at the same speed as the FSB x 2. So 133FSB = 266mhz. If you use a program like Sisoft Sandra it will also tell you what the memory speed is running at.
