I've said it before that Billingsley was stupid. But I've never looked at how often it is tossed. Lets look at the BCS top 25. 19 or 20 times it is tossed out as being the highest or lowest of all computers (one time it isn't clear which was tossed). Thus, it is tossed out either 76% or 80% of the time. Compare that to the other computers which are tossed out on average either 20% or 20.6% of the time.
