In my even logs I have an error that happens all the time. it reads the following.
"The BCM42RLY service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified."
Now that is a Broadcom Driver of some kind and I do not believe I have ANYTHING broadcom on my comp; I could be very wrong. the errors have been going on for a couple weeks. HERE IS THE XML view of this.

Now, I really think that this is just a piece of software trying to start a piece of hardware that I do not have, but I could be wrong. Please help me before I do a /format.
Also, all the information on the web is dated back to like 2007 on dell devices, pffft. There is some newer stuff with the same BCM42RLY but its not really relative to my problem.
