Bclock frequency question i5

Just a quick question about bclock speed.

As long as the system is stable and voltages are within spec is running the bclock in the 220's gonna hurt anything? Of course temps would be no issue for me on water.

I'm thinking that no ill effect would happen but am wondering as I'd like to run my memory around 1800 or so and seems like high bclock would help me keep the cpu speed up at the same time also.

Thanks,
Ken

running anything above rated specs will always add more stress to a system, how much stress is not known.

If it's stable & doesn't require lots of voltage over a lower BCLK, sounds good to me.

Cool I figured voltages are key....My chip seems to scale cpu vtt with overall speed rather than bclock so far.

It seems my board will do 226 stable so gonna play around with it. That's the only reason I purchased this upgrade anyways....Just to play around D)
