Bcentral.com Database type?

Anyone have an online business hosted on bcentral? I just talked to MS tech support and asked what type of database it's hosted on, if so we could setup a DSN to talk to the fedex software that I support, to make my customers life a little easier, his words "Uhhhhhhhhh, I do not have access to that information at this time". So now he's going to have his tier 2 staff email me, which will take 1+ week. So long story short, any ideas?
