BBS

Hmm my friend has a BBS thats rather far away from me so I would'nt want to use a land line to connect to it...too much money. We have Vonage here so I was wondering if there was any possible way i could use my VOIP to connect to the BBS? I know it requires a modem in the old school fashion...
