Since the 90nm cpu's get so hot, anybody here think it's possible to do some mini BBQing if I replace the retail heatsink with a passive one? (maybe overclock a tiny bit if permitting)

It sounds like it could work, but I'd watch for grease drippage. Maybe roast a few veggies?

I am also not sure if seasonings will improve the speed of your chip or destroy it.

Grammar edit.

I'm tempted to buy cheapest board and 90nm cpu to test it
