I've been a big fan of Souvlaki.. I think the local gyro place uses pork... but what part of the pork are you suppose to use ? I seen some that says pork tenderloin.. is that it ? The way they grill it, its nice and soft and very juicy.. if you guys know any good recipes.. let me know..
