BBQ Chicken

Is it me, or is BBQ chicken so much better on the grill , than making it in the oven? My wife made BBQ in the oven last nite, YUCK!!!
And o yeah, I am male, ignore the name and the pic-its just temp

I was gonna say..whats with these black female avatars, when the person is really a white male.
 
Best trick is to use a gallon-sized zip lock. Throw the chicken in there and pour the BBQ sauce over it. Let it marinate for a while before you grill it. You can add a little dales and hickory smoke to really rev it up. Then toss it on the grill... 🙂
 
Smoke adds alot of flavor, not to mention it burns the outer layer on the meat and scorches the BBQ sauce giving it a MUCH different flavor. Raw heat vs. Open flame cooking meat are two very different arts.

IMO the only time chicken tastes good when cooked in an oven is when your using herbs for flavor. BBQ takes the cake for sauce cooking.
