I tried to move all/most of my 401k shit into bonds yesterday. After being unable to figure out how to do that through merril lynch's website I just decided that I don't actually know what I'm doing anyway and gave up. I only have a few thousand dollars in there anyway. I probably just would have fucked myself over even worse.
