This has clearly been negotiated for some time. The Iraniand being freed were held for sanctions busting actions. Guess there's an advantage to not conducting foreign policy diplomacy in the media. No coincidence it's happening today.

This and the almost immediate release of the American sailers are clear indications of the new way of things with Iran. The videos of the sailers aside.

Agreed. Whether it was explicitly stated or not (and it probably was behind closed doors), it's unlikely this would have taken place without the nuke deal.
