Does it come with the PCIE 6-pin power adapter in the retail box? I can't seem to find it

Edit: nvmd I found out my PS does come with a PCIE connector. I'm done installing and it scored 10751 on 3DMark05!

After looking through pics at Newegg.com; it seems to me that only the Sapphire cards come with the power adapter. I suppose they figure if you're running a X1900XT(X), then you probably have a PS with a 6pin cable.

Yeah it is and this X1900 launch could have been perfect if ATi didn't have these minor screwups. Another area where they messed up is not releasing a beta version of the 6.2 drivers with fixes and performance boosts in some games. They should've had the damn drivers for download on their website since a lot of people are purchasing OEM X1900s with no driver CD so they're left thinking, "ok wtf".

oh never mind I just found out my PS does come with PCIE adapter. all those cable routing did a good job of hiding it away.

Edit: ok now rerouting the cables is a PITA

I think we have one more week to go....sigh. The 5.13 have some issues they need to take care of like screwed up shadows in BF2. ATi also needs to release an updated OC tool for the X1900s.

OEM cards are shipping with no driver CD? No DVD decoder with a graphics card purchase? wtf, thats a first...I've never recieved a OEM graphics card without a driver CD included.

When I replaced my 7800 GTX, CCC ran like crap even after I used driver cleaner. However, after a reformat and only installing .Net 2.0 it loads up very quickly (under 5 secs).

I am thinking I will have to do that. CCC and games have been buggy as hell going from 7800 GT SLI to the X1900XT. I am most likely gonna reformat once the 6.2 cats come out.

hope they hurry with those drivers because i'm really regretting the switch from 7800gtx to 1900xt, I'll switch back if they take too long...
