BBA Radeon 9800XT refresh rate fix...?

Just installed a new ATI Radeon 9800XT. She runs great, the only problem is that the refresh rate defaults to 60Hz in any OpenGL and Direct3D games. The Windows desktop is fine. Is there a fix for ATI cards like there was for the nVidia cards?
 
There is one and I believe its in the monitor settings. There should be a tab that shows all of the different displays you can hook it up to such as Monitor or TV and if you click on the monitor button it lets you force the refresh rate.
