Reward zone sucks! Every time they mail me my "reward" coupons, they're already expired! And they are only good for like a 2-day window, and only for certain specific items, spelled out in a list of fine print whose length rivals that of Stephen King's "It." Way too much hassle IMO. I'm not surprised you can't use them online, what with all the restrictions they come with.

Those are just bonus 12% off coupons. They arrive a few days before they start for me. The actual reward certificates have like a 4 month window to use them. While it takes $250 to get a $5 certificate, it is better than nothing and they usually have good prices on opening week DVDs.

You have an option to have them emailed to you instead of physical mail. It's way easier to just print them out. I have $15 that will make my 2000 wii points only $5 plus tax.

RZ used to be decent, but just recently they changed the reward requirements so you get jipped
