Bazooka Spyware/Adware: How can it work that fast?

I was running Spybot and Adaware. Was looking for something better and came across this Bazooka. Full scan in less than 3 seconds. How can that be? I see no history of it in any of the Anandtech forums. Has anyone had experience with this program?

just from the first opinions and comments, id say it might be decent as part of a package with other scanners, but...anything that is that fast makes me second guess its reliability and comprehensiveness.
