real estate agent that is, finally decided to stop waiting and jump on the bandwagon and purchase a place ... I know I know interest rates are going up and the housing bubble might burst ... I don't think I want to wait it out since I've been in an apt. for over 2yrs. already ... and house prices in the bayarea are not likely to fall that much if the "bubble" does burst ...

Is there a website that provide some sort of rating for RS agents? Any suggestions on how I could find a good agent?
