use 30 off 150 in addition to take some more sting off. (pls don't pm me for this)
not for gamers, but pretty good price for us saps that missed the $699 deals a little while ago. I find this marginally better than dell 1100 because that's a celeron and dell uses integrated "intel extreme" graphics (?). HP has bigger screen, integrated 56k modem, integrated ethernet, and CDRW. same crappy software comes w/ both (delete/reformat). weight is equivalent at 7.25lbs. I jumped in on this, cuz I needed it.

Decent deal. The HP ZE4610 for $699 was a better deal (free $100 netgear wireless router too if you bought from compusa). Only real advantage I see is the HD is 10 gigs bigger on the ZE4610 for $100 less. Not a bad laptop, but be warned it's 7+ pounds and pretty bulky.
