Wear&Care Program

Bausch & Lomb's quality control seems to be lacking lately on their contact lenses. I got a couple packs of Toric lenses and in one pack, (3) of them were defective. They had chips cut out on the sides. Two other pair chipped, after wearing them one day. Not sure if they will replace them or not.

you should contact them.
They'll most likely send you 2 brand new packs. 1 for each eye.

I know johnson and johnson is good at replacing contact lens, when they're defective.
They were very accomodating. I dont see why Bausch and Lomb would be different.

they'll ask you a bunch of questions tho.

thanks!

as for defective products, most manufacturers are glad to hear of them. it usually means that a machine is not calibrated correctly, or someone isn't doing their job, and that way, they can fix the problem.

There's also $2.50 coupon with the kit. I got mine a couple of months ago.

I don't remember my eye doctor telling me that I needed to replace my contact case every month. Or that I should wash it only with contact solution. Do you do that?
