Battlestar Gallactica

I came to a realization tonight.

Battlestar Gallactica is probably the greatest television drama every created.

You've got romance, political intrigue, religious issues, moral dilemas, great action sequences (both on the ground and in space battle sequences), and best of all, neither side is divided into black-and-white good / evil camps. I mean, I know that the cylocs are out to destroy humanity, but sometimes some of the things they say make me wonder if they don't have a just cause to do so. likewise, there are some really awful characters on the human side and some good people who do awful things.

/spoilers!

and even though I know the cylons are machines out to destroy humanity, I was really saddened with Sharon (presumably) died tonight.

l recon its a bit to corny , lame as actors for the most, crappy script too , not well thought out, at least babalyon 5 was a wikid overall story, gallactica seems to far fetched, lets face it humans wouldnt have stood a chance, and the series would now be over at the start...
But anyways , some ok effects in it , the sound in space is a funny one no movie has lost yet, but thats no fun !
Maybe as time passes the acting will improve and the series will get better. You see this in alot of sci fi serieses. [ like star trek ! ]

Babylon 5 got way too convoluted and jumped the shark more times than I can count. Half the time its basically the same story but with different bad guys

see this isn't your regular sci fi series. It's driven almost completly by the characters interacting with each other. What I really like about this show is that ALL of the characters are evolving. They are not the same people we met in the beginning of the series. And I think the writers is doing a fantastic job keeping their reactions realistic and consitant to how they've changed and what has affected them. It is by far some of the best TV out there today. Yay for almost 0 filler episodes!

remeber, B5 pretty much sucked ass the first 2 seasons.. and your saying Cylons are WORSE than the Shadows?! Comon! 😉

Babylon 5 never jumped the shark, and if you felt the storyline was a bit too confusing, there's plenty of remedial Star Trek programming still on the air.

So far this season has been somewhat so so. The fracking word is bit corny and every other word seems to be frack this or frack that.
