Okay ATOT... You guys guys me hooked to Battlestar Galactica. Good job! Thanks a lot - I'm loving it.

Anyways... I just finished season 2. When am I supposed to watch Razor? I can't get a definitive answer anywhere. Chronologically, when did it air? So far, I'm planning on watching it after season 3. Is this right?

Pretty much right after season 3.

Not to spoil your viewing or anything, but I really didn't like season 3 all that much, and I liked only a couple of episodes in season 4.

1) When watching final BSG season turn off the dvd player with about 5 minutes to go on the final disc.

2) As I remember, Razor had well under 50% new footage, and most of the new felt like simply edits taken out of scenes that were aired. It does give a bit more of the other storyline but it jumps a bit so not sure if any spot in season if perfect but it would be fine to watch it after doing all the others.

Are you sure you're not confusing it with "The Plan?" I thought Razor was pretty good, and I hated most of BSG after Season 2.

You can watch RAZOR just after Pegasus. It will spoil a few things later on in season 2 but nothing major.

Also I do not understand why people are hating on the end of BSG. I just finished watching all of the seasons back to back. Yes it has some filler plot lines and little slow at times but overall it is really good.

People are just whiners, that is why. They jump on a bandwagon of thoughts and consider them their own.

Razor, imo, wasn't very good, but see it after season 3. The Plan, on the other hand, was much better, to be watched after season 4.

I hated big chunks of season 3 because of the boring, cheesy Starbuck/Apollo drama. Season 4 was bad because it became pretty clear that the writers hadn't actually figured out the whole storyline and were just throwing out random events that they never bothered to explain. There were some good episodes toward the end of Season 4, I will admit that.

I rewatched the show a few months ago and I'd forgotten how good some of the early parts of it are. I'm trying to avoid spoilers here, but the Adama/Cain storyline is great. The last few minutes of Pegaus was some of the best TV I've ever seen, and Edward James Olmos really shines.

Don't bother continuing to watch after the evacuation of New Caprica.

Because they waited to play the old theme until they sunk galactica into the sun, they sunk galactica into the sun, and several dozen thousands of people populate a planet and several thousand years later there is no trace of them.

Yeah probably.

My comment about the last 5 minutes still stands though. :)

what's with all these replies? Razor should be watched between 2.17/18 and 2.19. that's when it takes place, and when it is intended to be watched.

Debate that in a spoiler thread. You don't go around ruining stories for other people because you are bitter.

Umm, no, it was intended to be watched after season 3 for MANY reasons. That is when it was made, and it has spoilers otherwise. I mean, come on.
