just watched a few back to back eps of BSG...very nice story lines each ep. i hate this enterprise crap...but then again i haven't seen that show in a while. anyways...anyone else have any opinions about BSG?
 
BSG is the best sci-fi on tv right now.

Who dosen't love hot, nympho, cyborg, ancient religious text quoting, scantily clad, fundamentalist, sexpots in space?
 
It's a great thriller show. It's definitely up there...

However there's loopholes galore and there's quite a few annoying things. The scenes between 6 and Baltair are more annoying then necessary. It's just an excuse to show a somewhat hot woman in every episode. Boomer is rather annoying and bitchy as well.

The last 2 episodes Kobol's Last Gleaming were kinda sub par compared to the other episodes.

Who didn't know what was gonna happen in the last 15 seconds?


Actually, Enterprise was pretty good during the 3rd season. Better than all 7 seasons of Voyager. I've seen some of the 4th season of ENT and the arc involving the Augments wasn't bad either.
 
no i haven't seen the mini series...but will make it a point over the summer. being asian(non oriental though) i have a thing for the chinese girl on the show. i think i just have yellow fever seeing as how all my gf have been chinese. getting sidetracked again...time for some ritalin

Is it just me or does anyone else find neither of them HOT? 6 has a weird shaped face and is kinda weird looking. Boomer looks like she's 10 years old and her character (at least the one on the battlestar) is constantly whining.

maybe they have sinc done away with this but the first few shows I watched I couldn't take the 'shakey cam' look.

I have seen it done very well in other movies/tv shows but they didn't use it 90% of the time. It drives me crazy, for me, it makes it hard to foces on whats going on when the camera is flying all over the place. (though I must say, the space battles with that look were kida cool)

As far as the storyline, it seemed good but I just can't staind watching the show with the look they gave it.

I'll stick with stargate SG-1.

It is a pretty awesome show. SciFi Friday is just about the best thing on TV. With the exception of "24" of course.

I will fiercely call shenanigans on anyone who claims to have guessed the end of the finale PRIOR to Boomer's return to Galactica about 15 seconds before it happened.
 
When Boomer mowed down Adama I don't think I have ever done a bigger WtF!?!? in my life!

I think I actually gasped outloud too and that NEVER happens.

 
BSG is awesome. I can't wait for the next season.

Also, I was completely caught off guard when Boomer shot Adama. I remember saying "holy sh!t" and "Kill that bitch! Kill that bitch!"
 
So this is as good as ds9?

Damn, so many don't like Voyager that i'm considering not buying all the seasons on dvd like we've done with tng and ds9. And that sucks. MORE STAR TREK! Same writers as ds9 too please.
