It's driving me nuts too. Do you think Outpost will ship so it gets to your house on release day or will they wait? And if they get too many orders, do you think some orders will get delayed?
 
i just pre-ordered. I can't wait. I loved the original game. The only thing I was hessitant about was that outpost pre-orders come a bit later than others. The other places gets the game to you by the release date (so they send it out a day or two before). Outpost seems to get them out the day after, or sometimes even later. My Halo2 didn't get to me until about 4 or 5 days after the release.

Yeah I posted it before I read through it a little more. After the first page, it's kind of a waste. There are a lot of fan sites out there to check out. They (EA) haven't posted official requirements yet so you have to dig around a little
 
I pre-ordered back in Jan when EB was running the special. One thing I really liked about EB was being able to pick up in store. I will have a copy there reserved for me.. Thats excellent.
BF2 should have made a Wake Island type release for this.. and got our input. we may all hate this game.... I certainly hope not hehe.
 
I was going to buy it because of free shipping, but it's ground. And I figure Fry's or BB will have this for $40 on release day anyway. 🙂

Nope, $50, minimum from B&M's. All the hot ones are $50 - $55 for the first month or two.

This is a good deal. I can wait the week or so it takes to get it. Oh, this copy is on DVD too, bonus!
 
Bought a handfull of 'em for some friends and I. BF was a super fun game, but it had some flaws, especially the inefficient use of packet transfer - it could be jumpy even on my fast connection. This one looks to be better on all fronts. And this is the best price you'll find with the free shipping, headset, etc. Buy it now if you want it, because it won't get much better than this - and I feel as if this could sell out.
