Battlefield Server: Need some help

I'm trying to set up a Battlefield server, but I'm having a few problems.

207.246.179.23:14567

No one can seem to connect to it or ping it or anything. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm running zone alarm pro and it has permission to go through, but it must not be working 😕

I would love to be able to run some games off of it, anyone is welcome to play.

Nope. Just a switch.

Could the university (Western Illinois) be blocking it? My roomate can ping it just fine, but no one outside can 🙁

it sounds stupid, but make sure you have it set to internet game and not lan game.

Seems like the school may be behing a firewall.
