I'd like mandatory 64-bit games and mandatory support for 7 and 8 only, combined with engines rewritten from the ground up to support hexa cores and 4GB+ RAM at a minimum and only capable of running in DX 11. I can always dream . . . . .
 
As for DirectX 11.1/11.2, I doubt it will offer enough to make upgrading worth while. I mean, over half the games released are still DirectX 9/10. So nothing will be gained by having anything newer than 11.

PC gaming has been held back by consoles. Expect a whole lot more DX11 games in the next year.
