Battlefield 3 versus 4

I started playing Battlefield 1 beta, but I think it ends in a couple days. Never got Battlefield 3 or 4. Thinking about buying one or the other until Battlefield 1 comes out. Which one is better? I know a lot of people say 3 is better. Are there still sufficient people playing 3?

They are close as far as play goes, you'll probably be better off with 4 all things considered as long as the price is similar. AS of right now there are 20,000 people playing BF4 and and 2,300 playing BF3 (PC only).
 
BF3 and 4 are pretty much the same game, so I agree with nuturedhate that BF4 would be the better option at this point.

Agreed. I'm sure you'll get some who nitpick over things but they're ultimately very similar games. I'd opt for the one that has more players.
