Battlefield 3 texture problem

Hi. A friend of mine has a weird texture problem on BF3. I can't describe the problem and all i can to do copy-pasting the link of his video:

He has HD 6870 and Catalyst Omega drivers. He told that when the problem occurs he restarts the level and solves the problem. He asked me for permanent solution.
 
Try disabling shadows to see if it helps, shadows sometimes flash in BF series for me every now and then. Might get better help is Computer Help area.
