Alright...I'll bite.

I got burned with jumping on the "Limited Edition" for $60 bucks...they really expected me to buy the whole game again to upgrade to premium?

I'm getting it. But I feel dirty. Like I'm not voting with my wallet.

Oh, you also have to install an app to get the key apparently...gonna see if there's a way around this. That's ridiculous.

They never charged my account, and the price is back to $49.99.

I'm thinking it was a pricing mistake, which pisses me off because they imply that my form of my payment wasn't good (it was), how about owning up to your mistake or just telling me you're running out of keys?

Suck it Gamestop.

Anyway, apparently Gamestop and Impulse Driven merged, so the people you're buying it from is actually Impulse Driven using Gamestop domains. It's still $24.99, but only on ImpulseDriven's website, not Gamestop's. Odd.

E-mailed them and waiting on a response. Anyone able to actually purchase this?

Yes, they do. But you have to download their app to retrieve it. You will be given the option to install it with their 'PC Downloads' app, or get the product code -- which can be redeemed and then installed with Origin.

If this deal does work, it's a great deal for BF3 premium. I don't think it's been offered for cheaper. Sadly, I told myself I wouldn't (re)buy it after the premium fiasco and will stick by my word 🙂.
 
Take heed, I bought this without reading further (including the OP LOL). It is just the expansion packs (Premium Service). Buying the game afterwards ends up being more costly than just the $40 Premium. Effing confusing with all the different editions. I was freaking out when the game wouldn't appear in Origin. This is why.

Last week origin had the game and Premium on sale together, think it was $40.
