Don't be jealous. All my games are capped at 60fps ,, maybe 57fps quickly up to 60fps. Yes Crysis runs hard core settings DX11 patch,, 60fps ,it might drop but never below 50fps, none of my games drop to 50fps,, Battlefield 3 will drop to 30fps as shown even on a 580. so fak that game.. I will enjoy my warefare 3 and fast smooth action., just like FEAR 3 ,, same performance smooth as butter,, A 580 is a overkill , I dont need 120fps ,,,, since I have vsync on, and I hate tearing and have 0 lag with the mouse,, no motion blur ghosting... All these games pown so does NBA 2k12 and the many other games I have.. Thank you gg and no gl for you.

Thanks I will enjoy Modern Warefare 3 @ 60fps while you play BF3 @ 30fps at lowest,,,,,, lol Who will have a better experience,, 30fps yuck, or smooth 60fps COD engine pownz BF3 unoptimized engine that needs special nvidia drivers or it wont play lol...thank you gg and gb

he thinks that he runs all games at max settings with 8x AA vsynced and never goes below 60fps. of coarse that is not true as I cant even do that with my slightly faster system. he especially loves to talk about Crysis 2 yet there is no way in hell he is staying above 60fps on Ultra DX11, AA and high res texture pack.

I'm pretty darn sure that either you're getting over 30 fps in Battlefield 3 or less than 60 fps in DX 11 Crysis 2. Or you just haven't installed the beta drivers for Battlefield 3, in which case bad performance is just your own fault.

Who will have the better experience, gamers looking at high detail textures, more dynamic lighting, fully destructible environments, driving around tanks and jet planes, or the same damn game that gamers have been playing for years...I wonder.

be jealous of what? before you said 60 now you say 50 fps? and sorry but looking at Crysis 2 DX11 Ultra setting reviews even a gtx570 cannot even average 50fps in their tests much less stay above it.

even without any AA a gtx570 is only getting 38 fps for an average here.

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

they tested in a less demanding spot here so 41 fps for a gtx570 with AA. but you NEVER go below 50fps with your oced gtx560 ti? lol

Benchmarks don't mean a thing my friend. Actual game play matters not a benchmark scene with 30 tanks and 40 people. Thank you

gl, and gb You guys need some klonopin

lol, whatever you need to tell yourself. you already lowered your claim by 10fps in the last few minutes so you are getting closer to reality. but hey if you want to keep claiming that even your minimum framerate is higher than what faster cards can even average then gl and gb...

NICE. My $175 480 comes today. Those are some great numbers for Ultra Quality 4xAA. And I only game at 1080p.

How are you using that AA setting in Crysis 2 ? As far as I know Crysis 2 doesn't support real AA, just that blurry deferred stuff and some weird edge AA setting.

I'm certain you cannot force any AA via the NV control panel for Crysis 2, except for a tweak that lets you use SGSSAA, but that just hammers the framerate hard. I tried it at 4x SGSSAA and got a slideshow.

But on point, I don't think you can use standard AA modes, MSAA, CSAA etc.

How you do ?

Average about 40ish but range is generally 30-60ish depending on people and such. Everything maxed and on ultra. Runs really smooth. Haven't had any choppiness from lag or graphics yet. A couple crAshes but overall great. I forsee a couple small bug fixes soon.

Res: 1920x1080
Radeon 6950
i5-750
4GB Kingston ddr3
Game installed on my 7200rpm Samsung f3
Windows 7 on my ssd 64 bit everything
Running amd 11.10 release 3 drivers

Only guy prob posting some low spec results but here goes....played on friends rig while i wait for upgrades..

x2 555 stock clocked
4gb ddr3
8800gts
latest drivers

1024x768 low 35-63fps average about 50 or so any higher of a resolution and it runs like crap.

Seems to be butter smooth in the single player tho and prob still looks and plays better then either console versions.

On a single GTX 580 overclocked, my framerate never really dips below 60 with FRAPS running. I play games with vsync enabled and after getting to rank 4....my fraps counter is always "stuck" at 60 with these video settings...this is 1080p ultra quality, but with 4X MSAA turned off. I also tried it with 6970 crossfire and obviously xfire destroys the game, plays it completely smooth with everything thrown at it.

Anyone tweaking this game, do NOT turn 4x MSAA on - it looks no different and has a huge performance penalty. I think DICE was talking about this at geforce 6, the engine doesn't really benefit much from that setting.

Anyway, the game runs amazing at ultra 1080p - just be careful about 4x MSAA. That alone will drop your framerate more than anything. Mine drops by about 10 averaged with that setting.

People, people, ultra settings run great on this game, try full ultra settings but don't enable 2x/4x MSAA. I do not know why but to my eyes MSAA doesn't look different with this engine yet it has a pretty big performance hit.

Anyone know how well BF3 will run on a GT240M or a 9800M GTS(Same as 9600GT)?

Will it run at all, I have an SLI'd GTX 470 with a Phenom X6 @ 3.8GHz system that runs it like a champ but I'm unsure of gaming on the go capabilities. Looking for answers if anyone can provide?

I've been running with 2xMSAA because it cleans up the fences unlike the post processing filter.

Kharg Island RU Army. Playtime 27minutes 11seconds. Primarily doing tank runs.

Frames Time (ms) Min Max Avg
117931 1242142 51 185 94.942

Certainly doesn't feel like 51fps min. Feels quite a bit slower than that. I feel its server dependent. It seems to change.
i5-750@4.2Ghz. 2x6970. 11.10 Preview 3 w/o Cap 3.

All settings Ultra 1920*1200. No AA.

You'd think I'd be happy with 51min, but playing this game makes me want to upgrade.

Have you tried uninstalling cap3 and installing cap4?
