I have a 2007fpw 20.1 ws lcd and can only use 1280x1024 res. Anyone else frustrated? Heard they are supporting higher res and I just don't have the update to accomodate that?

I got 1680x1050 working on my 2005FPW, add +szx 1680 +szy 1050 to the Target section of the Shortcut properties to get this resolution

Same here. Just make sure you use your native widescreen res if you want to do this. For example, if you have a 2405FPW/2407FPW, this probably won't work.

i guess the whole thing was they felt it was unfair for widescreen users to have a wider field of view or something. there was a lot of debate about this before, not sure now. 1280x1024 wasn't even supported at first without using the res hack.
