Battlefield 2: Vote Map Command?

What's the command to initiate a map vote? T've checked every major forum and I'm still stumped.


Here are some a I did find though:

FPS = renderer.drawfps 1
NAME = game.changeplayername yournamehere

Push F1 to bring up player list --> right click to activate mouse.

It's a menu at the top of the screen.

This is a little off-topic, but I didn't want to start a new thread for such a simple question:

When viewing the FPS, what does the second number represent?
