Does setting the video con items to 4 do anything now with the 1.3 patch?.. everytime i do it and load the game it just returns it to 3 (o.0)

Do i disable the ingame anistropic filter (texture filtering) and force it 16xhqaf via CCC or can i use the in game and have it go to 16x AF
 
It does nothing. The 4 variable is just a place holder for the extra x-fi options, at least that's what it appears to be.
